Co-founder/CEO Lex Nabarro has been a leading communicator in the financial industry. He was previously the head of branding and comms at the world’s largest hedge fund for a decade. Lex knows the opportunity points and pain points for financial firms, and he knows how to channel firms’ expertise and vision into powerful messaging while using a minimum of leadership’s valuable time.

Steve

Co-founder/head of content Steve Kaye has been a leading financial journalist⁠—a national⁠-level financial writer and editor before joining with Lex to form Lexaeon. One of Steve’s signature abilities is to drive messaging that conveys distinctiveness and feels so on⁠-point to a given financial audience that they can experience it almost effortlessly⁠—⁠like it was really made for them⁠—⁠which it should be.

Head of design Ileana Pietragalli is that rare visual professional who truly understands financial messaging, so the designs and UI that she and her team create are not only kind of gorgeous (in our opinion) but also work to help clarify and amplify the messaging. Typography matters

We’ll get a little comms-wonky here and address typography. Have you ever viewed a financial website (or deck) and thought, “Man, this looks like a lot of work to read”? Designers and developers highly skilled in digital typography don’t let this happen because their attention to layout, sizing, and font details makes text as inviting as possible⁠—⁠so your messaging will be read.
